  1. How do I find out more?

    The best option is to come allong to our pool session or to contact us using our contact form.

  2. I have never paddled before is this a problem?
    No, we have a number of experienced paddlers that will be more than happy to help you.

  3. Are there any age restrictions?
    Not really, as long as you are capable of lifting a paddle and are able to swim un aided then you are more than welcome to come along. If you are in any doupt please contact us.

  4. Do I need any kit?
    No, West Lothian Canoe Club has a range of kit that we can lend.

  5. What do I need to bring to the pool session?

    Just your swimming costume, and maybe a t-shirt or rash vest if you want to keep warm out of the pool. £2.50 for use of the pool.

  6. I have my own boat but no where to store it, does the club have any storage facilities?

    Yes members are allowed to store ther kit in the club canoe store.

  7. Where/when are the pool sessions?

    Pool sessions occur every wednesday 7pm at West Calder High School directions. Durring the summer we do not always meet at the pool. Visit our Events Page for changes
